1. Open to all fans and followers of Choose Philippines and PHRS residing in the Philippines ONLY.

2. Contestants must be between 18 – 65 years of age upon submission of entry.

3. Promo duration: Nov. 12 – Dec. 17, 2012 (PH Time)

4. Each contestant can upload an original photograph taken in the Philippines in time for Christmas season. The photo must have a brief, written description that answers the phrase: "Makabuluhan ang Pasko ng Pilipino dahil………".

5. Interested participants need to do the ff:

• Upload your entry on www.choosephils.com on the products page of the website w/ your:
  • Name:
  • Age:
  • Email address:
• Post it and tag (e.g. @ChoosePhilippines and @Philippine Hotel Reservations Service) on Facebook and Twitter* of Choose Philippines and Philippine Hotel Reservations Service (PHRS).
  • *Optional if one is having a hard time tagging their entry on FB.

6. Only one Photo Entry per contestant is allowed.

7. Contestants must have full ownership of the entry (photo) they posted.

8. Cut off for posting of entries is every Thursday 12nn

1. Winners will be determined by the following criteria:

• Originality: 50%
• Content: 30%
• Judges Decision: 20%

2. Three weekly winners will be announced every Friday 12:00NN on Choose Philippines and PHRS Facebook websites. 15 winners ( 5 weeks)

3. Winners declared by Choose Philippines and PHRS will be final.

4. Grand Winner will be announced on Dec. 17, 2012 on the following sites:

1. Redemption period for prizes shall be within 30 days from the receipt of notification. After the given30 days, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

2. Prizes can be claimed at PHRS with office at Room 308 Cattleya Bldg. Legazpi Village, Makati City OR at Choose Philippines with office located at ABS-CBN Sgt. E.A. Esguerra cor. Mother Ignacia St., Quezon City

3. The following must be presented by the winners for verification for claiming the prizes.

• a. valid ID with picture
• b. printed copy of electronic mail notification

By entering this contest, contestants are giving Choose Philippines and PHRS the right to repost or use the photo entries in any of its promotional efforts.

PHRS and Choose Philippines reserve the right to remove and disqualify entries which contain any of the following: a. Visual or verbal profanities b. Complete or partial nudity and sexually explicit or suggestive images c. Display of violence or abuse (graphic or written) d. Demeaning comments or images on race, religion, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, nationality, or gender.

PHRS and Choose Philippines will not be held liable for any technical errors that may arise within the duration of this contest.
